The Bankers Institute of the Philippines (BAIPHIL) is pleased to invite you and/or your management team and staff to its rebroadcast of John C. Maxwell’s Live2Lead 2022, an annual global leadership event, on December 5 and 6, 2022 (Monday and Tuesday) from 1:30 to 4:00 pm only via Zoom. In 2021, BAIPHIL received good reviews from the attendees who said they learned much from the leadership topics and the sharing that followed.

 

During this two-and-a-half hour virtual event, the attendees will be able to accelerate their own leadership abilities and gain nuggets of leadership principles as well as personal growth techniques from the time-tested teaching of world-renowned leaders like Mr. John C. Maxwell, Mr. Patrick Lencioni,  Mr. Eric Thomas,  Dr. Tim Elmore, and Ms. Doris Kearns Goodwin. Their topics will cover the following: (1) Excerpts from the book “The 16 Laws of Communication”; (2) Six types of working genius and how to assess each team member’s gifts; (3) Great generation divide and strategies to build generational bridges; (4) Finding your “WHY” that will attract people to follow you; (5) How America’s past presidents pause, recharge and make life-changing decisions; and (6) How long will it take to become a leadership expert.

 

At the end of each topic, a learning discussion shall be facilitated by Ms. Josefa Elvira E. Ditching-Lorico, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member and BAIPHIL Associate Life Member and Chair, Program and Attendance Committee and BAICON Committee. This virtual event is in partnership with the Philippines’ licensed Live2Lead Host, Ms. Janette C. Toral.
